About me

Hi, I’m Sara! I’m a coaching psychologist and yoga teacher here to help people think more positively about themselves, be their own ally and feel comfortable in their own skin.  

In my work I help intelligent, hardworking people that feel they’re stuck and a bit pushed down, going around in circles not quite achieving what they’d love to. 

Maybe you dread Sunday evenings because your job feels hard and you’re constantly being ignored, or you are consumed with ‘mom guilt’ wondering am I the only one that feels this way?

Perhaps you are think you are ‘too sensitive’, you aren’t able to ask for what you want in your relationship or you might be struggling with dating apps, loneliness, being heard at work and the overthinking problem is just getting bigger and bigger. 

You are beginning to think you’re not good enough, there’s something or someone else you should be and chasing and looking at others on their Instagram posts and what they have with their happy lives that somehow you’re lacking. 

I am passionate about helping people like you because I truly believe that simple shifts can have big results in your mindset and attitude which ripple into your life. 

I want you to know that once you’ve met me, things can change. That once you shift the way you think and feel you will start to see more ease, more happiness, more acceptance and appreciation of you and who you are, no matter how ‘different’ you feel from the rest of the crowd..

I know it might be that you’ve read the books, listened to the wellness podcasts, maybe tried therapy and meditation but you still find yourself slipping into negativity: you just want things to change and to enjoy your life! I am here to help. 

It breaks my heart to see people stuck in jobs they feel small in, isolated and struggling to connect or date or in situations or relationships that they don’t deserve. 

I know that with the right support they could reach a place where life feels where you finally feel focused and positive.  

I help my clients with tools and skills to communicate and advocate for themselves, build better relationships at home and in work and to feel respected by not only those around them, but also by themselves. I help you to finally think positively about who you are, your uniqueness and how embracing that makes you glow and achieve what you want in life.
