It’s time for a change or something new, you are ready to take action but need a little help getting there.

Subtle energy
I’m not really into astrology. I hear a lot about mercury retrograde, solar eclipses and new moons.
When things aren’t going right, I always find some astrological occurrence to blame.
While I don’t swear by these ideas, I do think there are more subtle energies that affect us.
Right now, I think there is a positive energy supporting forward movement and action.
My unique approach
I blend years of experience in coaching, psychology and yoga to support people. Each of these helps people in different ways: clarity, resilience and mind body connection.
Combining the three creates a sweet spot to help you rest and manifest better outcomes.
Coaching works
It’s true. Coaching is a great resource for people. I know this is true. It has helped me and many of my clients.
My workshops are accessible and allow me to share the benefits of coaching with clients that would like a taster.
I love keeping up to date on what my clients go on to achieve. Having a connection to a coaching psychologist that knows you is a valuable resource.
You can’t do it all on your own
It’s easy to get lost in your thoughts trying to manage it all on your own.
In reality, we do need other people to help us manifest our dreams. Whether it’s accountability, encouragement or just knowing there is another support there for you with right skills.
I am a trained, professional resource here to support and guide you.
